TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This FREE Drawing is for a provisional patent application and subject to the following:
- Entry into this drawing does not establish an attorney/client relationship.
- No purchase, payment or financial contribution is necessary to participate in the drawing.
- One winner will be selected at random each quarter.- RISSO I.P. will make up to two attempts to contact the winner via the contact information provided; failure to respond within one-week results in forfeiture of any winning.- The Winner will receive an engagement letter for review and signature that must be returned within 3 days; failure to sign and return the engagement letter will result in forfeiture of any winning. - RISSO I.P. will provide the winner with up to $4000 worth of services to toward your provisional patent application.- Winner must timely provide drawings and a write-up describing the invention to which the provisional application is being filed. Failure to provide drawings and a write-up within three weeks of being designated a Winner will result in forfeiture of any winning. - Winning a free provisional patent application does not include any USPTO filing fees that may be needed to complete a filing with the USPTO.- RISSO I.P. reserves the right to disqualify any Winner with an invention that does not meet USPTO guidelines for patent qualifications.- Be advised that if you (1) describe your invention in a printed publication, (2) publicly use the invention, (3) offer the invention for sale, or otherwise (4) make the invention publicly available before filing a patent application, you may lose certain patent rights and be forever prevented from obtaining a patent. This may be a fact specific determination; thus, should you have done any of the activities above, you are advised to seek consultation with a lawyer immediately to preserve your IP rights.
